  15. SYMPTOMS

  18. You install the DLC protocol from Control Panel. When you click OK, an
  19. exception error in SPOOLSS.EXE occurs. If you restart Windows NT, the DLC
  20. protocol looks as if it is installed, but it is not functional.

  25. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows NT
  26. Advanced Server version 3.1. A fix to this problem is in development, but
  27. has not been regression-tested and may be destabilizing in production
  28. environments. Microsoft does not recommend implementing this fix at this
  29. time. Contact Microsoft Product Support Services for more information on
  30. the availability of this fix.
